Burrita Bytes is on the air!
So, I’ve been eliminating all processed foods and artificial sweeteners from my diet. I’ve always followed a pretty healthy eating plan, but I felt these were the last two things that I just didn’t feel good about putting in my body. It hasn’t been easy and I am far from perfect, but I want my kids to know where real food comes from and how it’s made. As a result, I am making most things from scratch, and this morning I made the most delicious oatmeal bread and avocado/parsley/spinach/pistachio pesto. Many of my friends and family ask what I’m eating/making now, so I will be sharing my most favorite and family tested results in the next few months. Enjoy!
